Congratulate me everyone, I have just become a grandparent again today. Yes our granddaughter has arrived and beaten us to the punch so to speak. The plan was to be over in America for her birth in a few days, but she just wasn’t waiting for us. All is well and her name is Lauren Maxine Beryl. I hope I have spelt those names correctly if not I will soon find out. It is all so unreal and real. Today also marked the birth of our twin grandsons Charlie and Jackson, who sadly were only 23 weeks along and soon were taken from us. So Lauren will share her birthday with her brothers, this seems a wonderful thing to me I hope the rest of the family feel this way too. My wonderful daughter- in -law Casey, is doing great and our son Nathan was beside himself with joy. Thanks to all who have followed my journey with this precious baby as they all know how devastated we were 12 months ago. Well I had better get off to sleep now as we are taking off tomorrow morning and it is a long flight. I bet I don’t get to sleep for ages though. Today started with some very sad memories of our lost loved ones and has ended with a new life to rejoice. Miss you Charlie and Jackson, can’t wait to meet you Lauren. All my love to you all.
